My career has involved two major phases of work.  There are 15 years of  hardware and software systems engineering and user interface design for embedded military, industrial and commercial systems.  Overlapping that are 20 years of work in the national and international standards community in upper level management committees as Director of Standards for Texas Instruments, the Director of Standards Development for the Uniform Code Council and Director of Information Technology Standards for InterDigital Communications. 

In both, there was a significant amount of technical writing, lecturing/technical instruction and web design for both internal (intranet) and external (internet) purposes.

At the current time, I am interested in and will consider:
